Atlantic Constructors, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Engineering Lead to oversee engineering for modular buildings, data centers, and mission-critical facilities.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage design deliverables, and ensure regulatory and client requirements are met. Responsibilities include coordinating structural, mechanical, electrical, and BIM/VDC design, managing PE reviews, state submissions, and drawing releases, while collaborating with project managers and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in engineering design, modular construction, or data centers.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and drawing deliverables.
• Experience coordinating PE reviews, sealed drawing packages, permitting, or state submissions.
• Working knowledge of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, BIM/VDC coordination, and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate engineering for modular buildings, data centers, and mission-critical facilities.
• Coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and BIM/VDC design teams with project milestones.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, monitor progress, and conduct kickoff meetings.
• Coordinate with Engineering Manager on resources and risks.
• Coordinate preparation, review, and submission of drawings to Professional Engineers for review and sealing.
