Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Modularization Deployment Leader to bridge Product Management and field teams, ensuring field deployment and construction-readiness of modular solutions. You will define site integration, create installation instructions, and deploy Technical Advisors for real-time oversight during critical lifts and assembly.

You will partner with EPCs and supply chain to optimize delivery, sequencing, and site readiness, driving standardized construction and continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in heavy industrial construction or modular execution.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Integrate modularization input into master construction schedule.
• Lead installation timelines, sequencing, and delivery optimization.
• Partner with EPCs and supply chain for site readiness.
• Develop TA strategy and deploy TAs for on-site oversight.
• Own creation and updating of modular installation instructions.
• Collaborate on logistics and staging with supply chain.
