KONE Beltsville, MD is seeking a Modernization Supervisor to lead local modernization operations across DC and Northern Virginia. You will review bid requirements with sales teams and oversee resources to drive profitability on modernization sites while ensuring safety and team development.

You will bring 2+ years in construction/service with supervision, and a related bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience, to foster learning and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction/service expertise with supervisory experience, ideally leading a union workforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team, manage safety, schedule and collaborate across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Review bid documents and survey job requirements on upcoming modernization bids with salespeople.
• Ensure profitability on modernization jobs by effectively managing resources.
