Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks a skilled Modem Hardware Design Engineer to join our advanced design organization in San Diego. You will define specifications, architecture, and micro-architecture, develop RTL, and optimize for area, power, and performance.

You will collaborate with verification, modeling, and physical implementation teams, and work with system, RF, firmware, and software to deliver first-time-right silicon, leveraging GenAI and ML-assisted flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RTL design for wireless modem ASICs.
• Strong knowledge of Verilog, SystemVerilog, and DSP concepts.
• Experience with AI-driven design flows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define specifications and architecture/micro-architecture for modem hardware.
• Develop RTL and optimize for area, power, and performance.
