Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Modeling & Simulation Engineer to join our onsite team in Quantico, VA.

You will apply advanced analytical, modeling, and simulation skills to support the USMC Operations Analysis Directorate (OAD) with real-world warfighting problems. The role involves developing mission-level representations using AFSIM, performing data analysis, and advising analysts on appropriate techniques.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in physics, mathematics, engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience, including experience with AFSIM.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical models and computer-based simulations using AFSIM to solve warfighting problems.
• Prepare mission-level representations of US, allied, and adversary forces.
• Advise analysts on modeling approaches and analytical techniques.
