Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking talents to advance modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) for defense applications in the Albuquerque area. You will build detailed military models using AFSIM, script realistic behaviors, and craft scenarios that mirror authentic operations. This role emphasizes collaboration and ongoing learning within a tight-knit MS&A team.

Active TS/SCI eligibility and U.S. Citizenship are required, along with a BS in a technical field.

Qualifications

  • BS degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related technical field is required.

Responsibilities

  • Build detailed military models and entities in AFSIM.
  • Develop dynamic scripting for realistic behaviors and interactions.
  • Craft mission scenarios reflecting authentic operational conditions.
  • Support MS&A study design and execution using AFSIM.
  • Partner closely with pilots, technologists, and domain experts.
  • Analyze simulation results and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Work with agile software teams to enhance MS&A solutions.
  • Collaborate with study leads and customers to refine technical approaches.

Essential Job Functions

Required Skills

Desired Skills
  • MS degree in a relevant technical discipline.
  • Active TS/SCI or higher.
  • Experience using AFSIM for system modeling and/or scenario development.
  • Exposure to STK, JMP, Python, C++, or R.
  • Familiarity with modern U.S. and foreign military systems.
