Job summary

Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a bartender to prepare and serve drinks to guests and beverage servers. You will also handle POS transactions and ensure accurate cash handling, while keeping the bar fully stocked with minimal losses.

Experience with wines, spirits, and after-dinner drinks is valued, as well as knowledge of glassware, garnishes, and drink recipes. Must be 21+ and able to obtain required work cards.

Qualifications

• Effective communication required.
• Able to obtain work cards and Gaming Registration.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials and after dinner drinks.
• Cash handling experience.

Is responsible for processing transactions using the Company'sP.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances. Maintain thebar is fully stocked, with no product overages of shortages.
