Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as finance, economics, math, or statistics.
• 8+ years in model risk management with stress testing and model validation experience.
• Familiarity with CCAR, DFAST, and Basel guidelines; Excel expertise.
• Strong analytical, communication, and risk assessment skills.
• Programming in Python or R; knowledge of SAS or MATLAB desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stress testing frameworks to assess bank exposures.
• Perform rigorous model validation across credit, market, and liquidity risk.
• Analyze model limitations, data quality, calibration and performance.
• Prepare reports communicating risks and recommended actions to leadership and regulators.
• Collaborate with risk management, finance, internal audit, and regulators.
• Identify improvements in methodologies, processes, and tooling.
