Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Model Risk Manager to lead consulting engagements for financial services clients, focusing on model risk management and validation across credit risk, finance, and treasury models.

You will supervise teams, manage projects from planning to delivery, and build trusted client relationships while applying strong analytical skills, data visualization, and regulatory knowledge. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or Economics (or equivalent).
• Graduate degree a plus.
• 5+ years in financial institutions, Big 4, or regulatory supervision.
• Knowledge of model risk management guidance (SR 11-7, OCC 2011-12, FDIC FIL-22-2017).
• Experience with model validation or development (back testing, stress testing, benchmarking).
• Data processing, storage, and data visualization knowledge.
• Ability to lead multiple tasks, research and solve problems.
• Clear reports and client presentations with actionable recommendations.
