Accurate Personnel is seeking a Model Home Attendant to warmly welcome prospective buyers at model homes in Houston, TX. You will register visitors, share basic information about homes, and support on-site sales with buyer insights.

The role is part-time (1–3 days per week, weekends) with a friendly, professional demeanor, reliable transportation, and the ability to walk through homes and climb stairs. No real estate license is required.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MODEL HOME ATTENDANT IN HOUSTON, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Model Home Attendant to join our team in Houston, Texas. This individual will be responsible for welcoming potential home buyers, creating a warm, professional first impression, asking discovery questions and taking notes, and supporting the sales representatives with buyer insights. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly personality, customer service, hospitality, retail, or professional experience preferred, a polished, professional demeanor, and is dependable and punctual.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $12/hour based on experience
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Flexible, part-time | 1–3 days per week (including weekends)
• Looking for Model Home Attendants in the Cypress, Katy, Tomball & Energy Corridor Area

(Salary range based on experience)
