Qualifications

• Hands-on dynamometer calibration experience with boosted gasoline engines.
• Experience with ETAS INCA, ETAS MDA, MATLAB/Simulink, and dSPACE tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead calibration methodology development and standardization across programs.
• Develop and validate model-based and physics-based calibration approaches.
• Define release-readiness criteria, checklists, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with controls, software, validation, and program teams to drive calibration efficiency.
