STC, An Arcfield Company in Huntsville, AL seeks a seasoned MBSE-focused Systems Engineer to drive system requirements and architecture in defense programs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, verify requirements, and support major design reviews. A Secret Clearance and experience with MBSE tools (NoMagic, MagicDraw, Cameo, SysML) are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience with NoMagic, MagicDraw, Cameo, SysML, UPDM, IBM Rhapsody.
• Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage system requirements through their lifecycle.
• Use MBSE tools to define system architectures.
• Identify program requirements, track performance, and manage the systems engineering process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and integration of systems engineering efforts.
• Perform requirements verification and compliance assessments for major design reviews.

Qualifications

• BS 5-7, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2 (Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience with one or more of the following

• Must pocess and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Equal Pay Act

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
