Arcfield in Dahlgren, VA seeks an experienced Systems Engineer with strong MBSE focus to design, integrate, and optimize weapon systems across multi-domain platforms. You will manage lifecycle requirements, verify objectives, and ensure traceability within open standards frameworks.

You will collaborate with mission engineers and stakeholders to translate operational needs into robust architectures, leveraging Cameo, Rhapsody, SysML, and UPDM/UAF. A DoD clearance is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant systems engineering experience, with demonstrated weapons and defense platform knowledge.
• Knowledge of existing weapons systems programs, weapons software architecture, and mission application for weapons systems.
• Experience implementing open systems standards, MOSA, WOSA, GCIA, across diverse platforms (ground, air, maritime, space, or joint systems).
• Understanding of mission engineering concepts and their application to weapons/platforms and multi-domain operations.
• Proficiency with MBSE tools and methodologies (e.g., Cameo, SAM, Rhapsody, SysML, UPDM/UAF).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
