Riot Hospitality Group in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Model Bar Supervisor for W Cottontail Lounge / Living Room / WET Deck. You will lead bartenders, ensure smooth service, and uphold high standards of beverage quality.

The role requires high-volume experience, supervisory skills, and a guest-focused attitude. You’ll train staff, manage inventory, assist with events, and help maintain a safe, welcoming bar environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar, nightclub, or restaurant.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety standards.
• A guest-oriented mindset.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
• Necessary food and alcohol certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support bartenders and barbacks to ensure smooth service.
• Prepare cocktails, pour beer and wine, and fulfill guest and service orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and minimizing waste.
• Train and guide team members while addressing guest needs.
• Support opening, closing, and daily bar operations.
• Assist with special events and other duties as needed.
