Job summary

Peak Performance Physical Therapy in Michigan is seeking a Stretch Specialist to join our growing clinic. You will perform one-on-one stretching sessions, educate clients on mobility, and help clients move better under supervision of physical therapists.

We emphasize comprehensive training, mentorship, and credential development to build confidence in a clinical environment. This full-time on-site role serves patients across our Lansing, Okemos, Mason, and Dewitt locations.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, wellness and helping others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn hands-on stretching techniques and clinical protocols.
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset.
• Ability to work full-time on-site.
• Backgrounds in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Athletic Training, Personal Training, Fitness or Human Performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-on-one assisted stretching sessions tailored to each client's needs.
• Educate clients on mobility, flexibility, and movement strategies.
• Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment notes.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and ready for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
