Job summary

EôS Fitness is the leading provider of high-value, low-priced fitness services and is growing by offering assisted stretching to our club members. We are seeking certified personal trainers, licensed massage therapists, physical therapy aides, yoga instructors or athletic trainers to join our team and deliver assisted stretching services.

Assess member needs to craft mobility plans and take ownership of the member experience during weekends as we prepare for managing a club.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fitness/health environment providing hands-on assisted stretching programs.
• National Fitness Certification or equivalent required.
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive environment with strong communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one stretch services to clients.
• Engage, coach clients throughout the stretch session.
• Prospect, develop and retain stretch clients.
• Present and sell training services.
• Ensure client safety by applying evidence-based stretching protocols.
• Present nutritional supplements that would benefit members' results.
• Provide customer service and resolve concerns.
• Assist staff with facility tours and sales, as needed.
• Disinfect and maintain equipment for client use.
