Job summary

Stretch Zone is hiring a practitioner to guide customized assisted-stretch sessions and help clients improve mobility and wellbeing. You will be trained in our in-house certification program and work within a supportive, growth‑oriented team.

From day one, you’ll join a fast‑growing national brand focused on movement, recovery, and results. One weekend day is required, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing education within a high‑energy studio environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have an interest in fitness and related education or experience.
• Experience or education in exercise science, kinesiology, or hands-on bodywork is a plus.
• Ability to complete both in-person and online training is required/expected.
• Motivation to help clients reach personal wellness goals is essential.
• Reliable transportation is preferred for commuting to the studio.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through customized assisted-stretch sessions based on training.
• Evaluate individual needs to select appropriate techniques and routines.
• Deliver a welcoming, high-quality customer experience every day.
• Ensure treatment areas and the studio remain clean and organized.
• Support member engagement through outreach to current and prospective clients.
