Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement program roadmaps, strategic priorities, risk management plans, and KPIs aligned with agency goals.
  • Engage with DOT officials, local governments, transit agencies, consultants, and community leaders.
  • Facilitate public meetings and community outreach to engage stakeholders about mobility projects.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to ensure milestones and deliverables.
  • Prepare executive summaries and dashboards; communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
