Job summary

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) is seeking a full-time Technician to join our team for an 8-hour day shift, Monday–Friday. The role offers $18.50–$21.00 per hour DOE and involves assisting in delivering, assembling, and servicing mobility equipment for clients in diverse settings.

Work with the Branch Manager and Rehab Technology Specialist to ensure timely orders, accurate assembly, and on-site delivery while upholding NSM HEARTS values and commitment to exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalency certificate.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls and performs repairs in multiple environments including branch, field, clinics, schools, and care homes.
• Assembles seating, mobility, ADL and home accessibility equipment per factory and clinical specifications.
• Provides inventory control for all custom, special orders and stock items processed in the branch.
• Delivers equipment as directed by Branch operations and Field leadership, including fitting, instruction, and customer service requirements.
• Provides technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed and directed by leadership.
