Job summary

National Seating and Mobility is seeking a dedicated Technician to service and repair mobility equipment and assist clients with their seating solutions. You will coordinate with Branch Management to ensure timely order processing, assembly, and delivery of products to clients in a variety of settings.

This full-time role involves field and branch work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and collaboration with Rehab Technology Specialists to support client independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalency certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and perform quality repairs in branch, field, clinic, schools, and care homes.
• Assemble seating, mobility, ADL and home accessibility equipment per specs.
• Maintain inventory control for custom, special orders and stock items in the branch.
• Deliver equipment with guidance from Branch operations and Field leadership, including fitting and instruction.
• Provide technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed.
