Job summary

CareStar Transportation is seeking drivers to join its CareStar team in Arizona. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with revenue-based pay and no base salary. Affiliation is with CareStar Transportation in Arizona, not Medstar Medical Transport.

Requirements include being 21+, holding a valid license for 5+ years, passing a DOT drug screen and background check, and weekend availability. Training includes a paid five-day in-vehicle program after screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and 5+ years licensed driving.
• DOT drug screen and background check required.
• Willing to work weekends and have open availability 4AM–9PM.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with dispatch.
• Transport clients safely using company vehicle.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Complete other assigned services.
