Job summary

Alpha seeks Youth Development Specialists to run life-skill workshops for K-8 across US campuses, moving every 1–3 months and arriving as a stranger who becomes trusted fast.

You will coach students one-to-one and in small groups using Coachbot analytics, set weekly goals, and administer adaptive assessments to prove progress toward targets.

This is a full-time W2 role with paid travel and accommodation, with a clear path to lead a campus of your own and a six-figure compensation potential.

Qualifications

• Based anywhere in the US within reach of a major airport.
• Willing to be posted away from home one to three months at a time.
• Comfortable with Alpha assigning every posting, including city and campus.
• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students; classroom experience not required.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students, adapting the provided curriculum to the cohort.
• Coach students one to one and in small groups using analytics, weekly goals and incentives.
• Administer and score assessments to prove skill development.
• Reach full standard within the first week at each campus, building rapport.
• Hand over progress documentation at the end of every posting.
