Job summary

SYDIERA is seeking a Mobile X-Ray Technologist to provide diagnostic imaging across diverse healthcare and residential settings in the San Francisco area. This role offers flexible full-time and part-time opportunities with AM/PM/evening/weekend shifts and requires travel between assignments.

You will operate portable DR/CR systems, maintain equipment, and uphold safety protocols. Ideal candidates bring solid radiography skills, patient‑facing communication, and independent work habits.

Responsibilities

• Perform and process diagnostic X-rays using portable digital radiography (DR) and/or computed radiography (CR) equipment
• Safely load, unload, transport, and set up portable X-ray equipment at various facilities and patient locations
• Obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent X-ray images as ordered by physicians
• Ensure imaging procedures are performed according to established protocols and quality standards
• Perform EKGs and transmit results to a Cardiologist for interpretation when required
• Accurately scan and submit exam-related paperwork and billing documentation according to daily protocols
• Communicate regularly with dispatch and management regarding schedules, patient locations, and exam status
• Maintain professional relationships with patients, clients, peers, supervisory staff, and healthcare partners
• Maintain and inspect assigned vehicle and mobile X-ray equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Follow all applicable safety, infection-control, and radiation-protection procedures
