Job summary

Hometown Urgent Care is seeking a dependable X-Ray Technician to join our outpatient team. You will perform routine diagnostic X-rays, travel between Lancaster, Groveport, and Canal Winchester clinics, and support providers with patient intake and workflow.

The role requires Active RT or GXMO certification, CPR, and 1–2 years of clinic experience. Enjoy a collaborative, patient-focused environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active RT or GXMO certification required.
• 1–2 years of clinic/physician practice experience preferred.
• Basic CPR certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard radiographic exams as ordered by providers.
• Travel between Lancaster, Groveport, and Canal Winchester clinics for mobile X-ray services.
• Assist with basic patient intake: history, vitals, and registration.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and organized exam rooms.
• Ensure proper function and cleanliness of X-ray equipment; report issues.
• Log and document X-ray procedures accurately.
• Support a positive patient experience with clear communication and compassionate care.
• Occasionally train new team members and assist in light clinical tasks.
