Job summary

RapidX is seeking a Mobile X-Ray Technologist for the Tampa & St. Petersburg area. This full-time role includes a night shift (Mon-Fri, 6 pm-2 am) with local travel to patient locations and a focus on portable imaging.

You will perform mobile X-ray procedures, ensure patient safety and comfort, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with physicians. RapidX offers a sign-on bonus, competitive pay, and flexible scheduling in a growing independent practice.

Qualifications

• Active Florida X-Ray Technologist License.
• Registered with ARRT.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and transport portable imaging equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile X-ray imaging procedures in various settings.
• Travel locally to patient locations (nursing homes, residences).
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning.
• Operate and transport portable imaging equipment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians.
