Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute care settings such as SNFs and LTACHs.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day within a 40–60 mile radius.
• Treat approximately 20–30 patients per day; document in real time.
