NIVA Health is seeking a Mobile Wound Care Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide advanced wound care directly in patients\' homes. This field-based, full-time role combines hands-on treatment with compassionate patient education and independent travel responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Strong wound care and patient-focused care.
• Ability to travel to patients\' homes and manage safety.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced wound care therapies, including MIST.
• Travel locally to patients’ homes following safety standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team for outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on wound care and recovery.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
• Grow professionally through ongoing training and advancement opportunities.
