Job summary

West Coast Wound & Skin Care is a mobile wound care provider serving patients in their homes and SNFs. We are seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to deliver advanced wound care, traveling locally within the Pasadena region.

Candidates must be licensed in California as an NP or PA and be willing to drive. We offer comprehensive training and competitive compensation with no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an NP or PA in California.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive locally.
• Willingness to travel to patient homes in Pasadena area.

Responsibilities

• Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to treat patients.
• Perform wound care procedures and document plans of care.
• Define and document patient diagnoses.
• Educate patients and manage care.
• Notate findings and treatment details in patient charts with follow-up notes.
