Job summary

West Coast Wound & Skin Care is a fast-growing mobile wound care provider serving patients in their homes and SNFs around Farmington, NM. We seek Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to travel locally within the designated region to deliver advanced wound care.

This in-person role requires NM NP/PA licensure, CPR certification, and strong communication. We offer extensive training, supportive team, and competitive compensation; drivers with insurance and reliable vehicle preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state license as NP or PA in NM.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with minimum state-required liability auto insurance; local travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile wound care and related procedures during home or SNF visits.
• Order and perform tests and document findings as part of the plan of care.
• Define and document patient diagnoses and care plans; ensure patient satisfaction.
• Educate patients and manage wound care; debridement and topical wound care during visits.
