Job summary

North Valley Specialty Group (NVSG) is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver advanced wound care in the field across the Sacramento region. You will be supported by a wound care technician and a full administrative team handling scheduling, billing, and documentation.

Compensation is $120 per completed patient visit with typical providers seeing 10 to 14 patients daily, leading to an estimated annual earning between $240,000 and $340,000 at full

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California NP or PA license.
• Current DEA registration (or eligibility).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; wound care experience preferred.
• Debridement and skin substitute graft experience a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a mobile, field-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced wound care treatments including debridement and grafts.
• Evaluate wounds, create and monitor treatment plans.
• Document visits accurately in the EMR.
• Work with a wound care technician and admin team.
• Travel to patient locations across the Sacramento region on a daily route.
