Job summary

Lap of Love is seeking a Part-Time Mobile Veterinarian to provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care across Worcester, Auburn, Shrewsbury, Westborough, Holden, Grafton, MA and surrounding areas. Enjoy a flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedule with meaningful, emotionally rewarding patient care.

The role emphasizes work-life balance, supportive onboarding, and the freedom to practice with purpose in a mobile setting. DVM or equivalent is required, with a valid license and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree (DVM/VMD/BVMS) is required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets in clients' homes.
• Support families through difficult moments with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage time effectively to see multiple clients per day while maintaining high care standards.
