Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice & In-Home Euthanasia is seeking Veterinarians to provide compassionate in-home hospice and euthanasia care in Seattle, Lynnwood, Everett and SeaTac, Washington, with full-time and part-time options. The role emphasizes independence, meaningful medicine, and work-life balance, without non-competes.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD or equivalent veterinary degree.
• Active North Carolina license or eligibility.

• Availability consistent with the position’s schedule, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home hospice and peaceful euthanasia care.
• Coordinate with families and scheduling to ensure smooth visits.
• Educate families on care options and aftercare planning.
• Maintain professional autonomy with support from our team.

Our compensation structure is designed to reward your dedication while providing financial stability, with 4-Day positions starting at $110,000 annually and 5-day positions offering a $135,000 annual base salary, plus additional Quarterly Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities.

Our Two, Three-Day and Self-Managed Flex Scheduling Opportunities Available with Guaranteed Pro-Rated Compensation adjusted based on the agreed-upon schedule.
