Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking a Veterinarian to provide compassionate in-home hospice and euthanasia care across Portland, Beaverton, Newberg, and surrounding areas in Oregon.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, competitive compensation starting at $90,000 for 4-day work weeks and $105,000 for 5-day weeks, plus quarterly bonuses. No corporate pressure or non-competes, and strong ownership support.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

• DVM/VMD or equivalent veterinary degree
• Active North Carolina veterinary license or eligibility
• Valid driver's license
• A compassionate heart and commitment to exceptional end-of-life care
• Availability consistent with the position's schedule, including some weekends

Hospice experience is not required. We'll support you as you transition into this meaningful field of veterinary medicine.

Our compensation structure is designed to reward your dedication while providing financial stability, with 4-Day positions starting at $90,000 annually and 5-day positions offering a $105,000 annual base salary, plus additional Quarterly Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities.

Our Two, Three-Day and Self-Managed Flex Scheduling Opportunities Available with Pro-Rated Compensation adjusted based on the agreed-upon schedule.
