Heartstrings Pet Hospice in Texas offers in-home hospice and peaceful euthanasia care with a compassionate team. We are family-owned, independent, and value your professional judgment and autonomy while supporting you with a dedicated team coordinating appointments and aftercare.

Positions include 2- to 5-day schedules across Houston, Pasadena, Cloverleaf and surrounding areas. Base salaries start at $110,000 for 4-day roles and $135,000 for 5-day roles, plus performance bonuses and flexible

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD or equivalent veterinary degree.
• Active North Carolina veterinary license or eligibility.

• Hospice experience not required; transition support offered.

Our compensation structure is designed to reward your dedication while providing financial stability, with 4-Day positions starting at $110,000 annually and 5-day positions offering a $135,000 Annual Base Salary, Plus Additional Quarterly Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities. Our Two, Three-Day and Self-Managed Flex Scheduling Opportunities Available with Pro-Rated Compensation adjusted based on the agreed-upon schedule.
