Lap of Love is hiring a Full-Time Mobile Veterinarian to serve Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Tonawanda, and surrounding areas in NY. You will practice hospice and euthanasia care in a mobile setting, delivering compassionate support to pets and families.
The role offers flexible 2-5 day work weeks, with a compensation package that includes a base salary and bonus opportunities. Candidates should have a DVM and a valid U.S. driver’s license, with weekend availability expected.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree required.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to perform hospice and euthanasia care.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with assistance.
- Availability for weekends and flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care in a mobile setting.
- Manage appointments efficiently across multiple towns in NY.
- Collaborate with support staff and mentors for best practice.
- Maintain thorough client communication and care documentation.
