Lap of Love is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to serve Poughkeepsie and surrounding areas. You will deliver compassionate hospice and euthanasia care in pets' homes, balancing clinical expertise with the comfort of families.

This mobile role emphasizes flexible scheduling, supportive mentorship, and a culture of kindness, allowing you to practice with purpose while maintaining personal well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
• Practice veterinary medicine with autonomy while maintaining patient welfare.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love support team while delivering personalized client communication.
