Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Mechanicsville, MD is seeking a Full-Time In-Home Veterinarian to serve Mechanicsville and surrounding communities. This mobile role allows you to provide hospice and euthanasia services in clients' homes, away from traditional clinics.

The position offers flexible 3-,4-, and 5-day schedules with competitive base pay starting at $75,000 for 4-day and $90,000 for 5-day arrangements, plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
• Licensed to practice in the United States and able to obtain state licensure.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Eligible for in-home/mobile practice and compassionate end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services to pets and families.
• Travel to clients' homes in Mechanicsville, MD and surrounding areas.
• Deliver high-quality medical care while maintaining work-life balance.
• Participate in onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
