Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Columbia, SC is seeking a compassionate Part-Time In-Home Veterinarian to provide hospice and euthanasia care in pets’ homes across Columbia, Lexington, Chapin, West Columbia and surrounding areas. Enjoy a flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedule, with about 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, allowing time for families and meaningful patient care.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check pre-start.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets in-home.
• Visit multiple client homes within Columbia and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with support team and practice managers to ensure quality care.
