Job summary

Lap of Love is seeking a Full-Time Mobile Veterinarian to serve Salt Lake City, Sandy, and surrounding areas. You will provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets in clients’ homes, enjoying independence while supported by a network of mentors and practice managers.

The position offers a community of veterinarians, ongoing training, and a culture focused on kindness, with flexible schedules and opportunities for professional fulfillment and personal balance.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) is required.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in home settings.
• Practice medicine independently while benefiting from onboarding and mentorship.
• Maintain a flexible, field-based schedule across Salt Lake City metro area.
