Job summary

Lap of Love, a mobile veterinary hospice, seeks a full-time in-home Veterinarian to serve Lehigh County, PA and surrounding areas. You will deliver humane hospice and euthanasia services in clients homes, while balancing personal well-being and professional fulfillment.

You will join a supportive network with ongoing training and mentorship, practicing independently within a caring culture. Compassion, logistical adaptability, and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine are essential.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
• Licensed to practice in the U.S. or eligible.
• Weekend availability and in-home hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
• Maintain compassionate communication with clients and families.
• Document care and coordinate with Lap of Love mentors and staff.
