Lap of Love is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to join our Worcester, MA service area. You will work as a mobile veterinarian providing hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families, with flexible schedules and strong work-life balance.

Join a network of over 400 veterinarians with ongoing onboarding, mentorship, and dedicated support. Base salaries start at $107,500 for 4-day weeks and $130,000 for 5 days, plus bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• DVM required and licensed to practice in MA.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unaided and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record check post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets.
• Support families during difficult moments with compassionate care.
• Deliver routine veterinary care and medical guidance during visits.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love team and practice managers to maintain quality of care.
