Job summary

Lap of Love is seeking a Full-Time Mobile Veterinarian to serve Melbourne, FL and surrounding areas. This role focuses on compassionate hospice and euthanasia care delivered in clients' homes, with the flexibility typical of mobile practice.

You will join a network of veterinarians and support staff dedicated to loving care and work-life balance. The position offers a base salary starting at $85,000 for 4-day schedules and $100,000 for 5-day schedules, plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree required, licensed to practice in the U.S.
• Weekend availability preferred or required for some shifts.
• Ability to provide hospice and euthanasia care to patients in home settings.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record checks may be required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate mobile veterinary hospice and euthanasia care in clients' homes.
• Conduct patient exams, communicate care plans with families, and document visits.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love team and practice managers to ensure high-quality service.
