Job summary

Summit Home Care is seeking a CNA for mobile veteran care. You will provide personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance to multiple Veterans, traveling up to 35 miles to client homes.

You will document visits and communicate with the care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care. The role emphasizes empathy, dependability, and respect for Veterans, with part-time/per diem scheduling and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or prior HHA/caregiver experience.
• Driver’s license, vehicle, and valid insurance.
• Empathy, dependability, and respect for Veterans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance.
• Visit multiple Veteran clients daily to provide individualized attention.
• Communicate regularly with your care team and document your visits.
• Travel independently to homes within a 35-mile radius.
• Foster trust, dignity, and independence in every client interaction.
