Ciocca Ford of Quakertown is seeking an energetic Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles at client sites. The role offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of service technician experience required.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to diagnose, maintain and perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Perform mobile service repairs including but are not limited to filter replacement, engine diagnostics, recalls, minor services at the customer's location.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
