Job summary

Manheim currently seeks Mobile Inspectors to perform on-site vehicle condition inspections for dealer clients. You will document exterior and interior condition, verify VINs and mileage, and ensure accurate data entry in inspection systems, acting as a brand ambassador for Cox Automotive.

Role requires working with minimal supervision, building relationships with dealers, and delivering high-quality inspections. This entry-to-senior level role offers growth within a mobile inspection team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• 0-1 years automotive-related experience preferred
• Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindedness

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site vehicle inspections and document condition per Manheim standards
• Identify VINs, mileage, options, and document exterior/interior condition
• Maintain accurate data entry in inspection systems
• Build trust with dealer clients and communicate inspection results
• Prepare daily activity and production reports; utilize Salesforce.com for reporting
