Job summary

Cox Automotive is hiring Mobile Vehicle Inspectors to perform on-site and remote inspections for dealer clients across the United States. The role includes entry, mid, and senior levels with hourly pay ranges and additional incentives based on inspection volume.

You will document vehicle conditions, verify VINs, and ensure accurate data entry while maintaining safety and inspection standards. Reimbursement for business use of a personal vehicle is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required.
• Some automotive knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic to advanced vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Build strong relationships with dealer clients and grow inspection participation.
• Prepare daily activity and production reports and use Salesforce for tracking.
