Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• 0–1 years automotive-related experience preferred for Level 1.
• 1–2 years automotive-related experience preferred for Level 2.
• 5+ years professional automotive inspection experience preferred for Senior Level (as described).

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections in accordance with Manheim inspection standards.
• Locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer lots.
• Verify VINs, mileage, options, and document entries.
• Inspect exterior and interior vehicle condition and installed options.
• Perform basic mechanical checks across powertrain, drivetrain, and electrical components.
• Identify and document damage or inoperable features.
• Build trust with dealer clients and educate them on Manheim services.
• Prepare and submit daily activity and production reports; use Salesforce for reporting.
• Adhere to safety standards and inspection policies; support continuous improvement.
