Job summary

RapidX in Ocala, FL is seeking a Mobile Ultrasound Technician to join our mobile imaging team. This full-time role offers independent work, local travel, and on-site patient care outside traditional hospital settings.

You will be a graduate of an accredited ultrasound program with knowledge of general, vascular, and cardiac imaging; cross-training is encouraged. Flexible day/night shifts accompany competitive compensation and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.
• Willingness to cross-train in other areas.
• Registered or eligible to sit for the registry in one or more modalities.
• Ability to lift and transport portable imaging equipment.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations (general, vascular, cardiac as applicable).
• Travel to local locations providing portable imaging at patient sites.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort, document findings accurately.
