Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Optician, Optometric Assistant, or Medical/Dental Assistant preferred.
• Knowledge of eyewear fitting, frame adjustments, and optical tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel daily to various sites.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to partner facilities throughout the Denver area to assist Optometrists during patient visits.
• Prepare exam rooms and organize equipment prior to each clinic day.
• Support with patient intake, visual screenings, and basic diagnostic testing.
• Assist with eyewear selection, adjustments, and fittings for patients.
• Maintain patient and eyewear records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are properly packed and maintained for each visit.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and facility staff.
