Job summary

KenCrest is seeking a Transportation Logistics Specialist (Driver) to provide safe, reliable transportation for individuals served and staff across Western Montgomery County, PA. This full-time role focuses on driving, deliveries, fleet safety, and vehicle management.

Key duties include transporting clients to appointments, picking up employees between sites, and delivering food, groceries, and supplies while maintaining logs and complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 21 years of age with at least three years of driving experience.
• Ability to read maps and use GPS and route-planning tools.
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and safety-focused.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional and courteous communication with clients and staff.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid, Defensive Driving, Passenger Assistance/Sensitivity, and Wheelchair Securement certifications.

Responsibilities

• Transport individuals served safely and on time to medical, program, day-program, and community appointments and outings.
• Provide scheduled pick-up and drop-off of employees between worksites, program locations, and residences.
• Assist passengers entering and exiting vehicles, securing seat belts and mobility aids.
• Pick up and deliver food and groceries to program sites and residences, observing safety and storage guidelines.
• Transport program materials, supplies, and equipment between sites and offices.
• Pick up medical, household, cleaning, and operational supplies as directed and deliver them to the correct locations on schedule.
• Maintain accurate trip, delivery, and documentation logs and complete required training.
